Depending on the interaction channel, we may collect your full name, organization, email address, country, message content, newsletter email and optional name, and browsing data if you consent to analytics cookies.

If analytics cookies are accepted, Google Analytics may process pages visited, time on site, device, country of access and anonymized IP address. Google may process this data outside your country. More information: https://policies.google.com/privacy

CEIF uses AI-generated images and photographs taken by its team. AI images do not represent real people or contain identifiable personal data. Photographs of people are not published without prior explicit consent.

CEIF does not sell personal data or transfer it to third parties for commercial purposes. Data may be shared with Google LLC for analytics only after consent, with email providers for newsletter delivery, and with competent authorities when required by law.

Regardless of your country of residence, you may request access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability, objection and withdrawal of consent. To exercise these rights, write to contacto@ceif.pe. We will respond within 30 days.

CEIF operates from Lima, Peru, and may provide services in multiple countries. Personal data may be transferred and processed in countries other than yours. CEIF applies appropriate safeguards equivalent to GDPR, Peru's Law 29733 and other applicable regulations.

CEIF applies technical and organizational measures to protect personal data against unauthorized access, loss, alteration or disclosure. The website operates under HTTPS.

Part of CEIF's visual content has been created with AI image-generation tools. These images are synthetic, illustrative and do not intend to mislead about the identity of people or the truthfulness of represented situations.

CEIF may update this policy periodically to reflect changes in its practices or applicable regulations. The last updated date appears at the beginning of this document.
